Regulatory Reporting

Assistance with preparation of statistics required for Payment Terms reporting and Gender Pay Gap reporting.

What can Springbok do for you?

Payment Terms reporting

Reporting of payment terms statistics is legally required twice a year for large companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) registered in the UK.

A large company or LLP is a business that meets at least two of the following thresholds:

  • £36 million or more in turnover

  • £18 million or more on its balance sheet

  • 250 or more employees

The payment terms disclosures, which are publicly available, show the average number of days taken to pay suppliers and percentage of invoices not paid on time.

Using your accounting records, Springbok can prepare your Payment Terms statistics ready for submission.

For more detail on what is required, please refer to the UK government guidance, or contact us for more information.

Gender Pay Gap reporting

Reporting of gender pay gap statistics on an annual basis is legally required for all businesses registered in the UK that employ 250 or more employees.

The gender pay gap disclosures, which are publicly available, show the percentage gap in salaries and bonuses for each reported year.

Using your payroll records, Springbok can prepare your Gender Pay Gap statistics ready for submission.

For more detail on what is required, please refer to the UK government guidance, or contact us for more information.
